Day 19 - November 7, 2011- Alice in Wonderland

The Story is set in Japan beginning from the 1990s and ending in modern day, with each segment centered on a boy named Takaki Tōno. It is important to note that the first episode takes place during a time period when cell phones are uncommon and email has not yet reached the general populace.

Day 15 - November 2, 2011 : Horton hears a Who!
Checky’s View: I only got interested at the last 20 mins of the movie. haha
The book tells the story of Horton the Elephant who, in the afternoon of May 15 while splashing in a pool located in the Jungle of Nool, hears a small speck of dust talking to him. It turns out the speck of dust is actually a tiny planet, home to a city called Whoville, inhabited by microscopic-sized inhabitants known as Whos and led by a character known as the Mayor.
Day 14 - November 1, 2011: Love Shuffle Episode 1
Checky’s View: Love Shuffle is a different way to see ones capacity to engage in a relationship. Although medyo nakakabahala yun if it happens it real life. I might be game for it.
sami Kei is a salaryman who has risen in status due to his engagement with Mei, the wealthy daughter of his company’s president. Shortly after she breaks off the engagement, a power failure leaves him stuck in the elevator of his apartment building. Trapped with him are three others living on the same floor - Airu, a trilingual interpreter, Ojiro, a model photographer, and Masato, a psychiatrist. While waiting, their conversation hits upon their love lives and the question of whether there is truly only one fated partner for everyone. As a result, they decide to try “shuffling” their relationships with each other.

Checky’s View: I’m sooo excited for Season 2. This was the fastest paced anime I have watched. :)
K-On!’s story revolves around four Japanese high school girls who join Sakuragaoka Girl’s High School’s light music club to try to save it from being disbanded. However, they are the only members of the club, and at first Yui Hirasawa, the main character, has no experience playing musical instruments or reading sheet music. Eventually, she learns how to be an excellent guitarplayer. Since then, Yui, bassist Mio Akiyama, drummer Ritsu Tainaka, and keyboardist Tsumugi Kotobuki spend their school days practicing, performing, or just hanging out together. The club is overseen by music teacher Sawako Yamanaka, who eventually becomes their homeroom teacher as well during their final year of high school. In their second year of high school, the club welcomes another guitarist, an underclassman named Azusa Nakano. After Azusa joins, they gain more structure and begin to practice more
Day 11 - October 29, 2011 : Super Show 3 3D on SM Megamall.
Checky’s View: Super Show 3 3D was the most expensive 3D movie I had. at P1000 it was all worth it. Just seeing EunHae dancing was thrilling. :)
